Pre-Season Training Program

 HK852 Volleyball Club, based in Sydney, proudly competes in the Sydney Volleyball League (SVL) each year. To help players prepare for the upcoming season, we are launching a Pre-Season Training Program designed to build fitness, sharpen technical skills, and develop team strategies ahead of our annual club trials. This program is a great opportunity for athletes to get back into rhythm, gain confidence, and train in a structured and competitive environment.

At the same time, the program also serves as a pathway into our club. Players who demonstrate strong performance, commitment, or significant improvement throughout the sessions may be invited to join our official trials and potentially become part of the HK852 Volleyball family. Whether you are aiming to step up to the SVL level or simply want to push your game further, this program is the perfect way to prepare, improve, and showcase your abilities.
