Discover the joy of volleyball with our 8-week fundamentals training program, designed not only for those who are completely new to the sport but also for experienced players who wish to refine and strengthen their fundamentals. Across eight progressive sessions, participants will build a solid foundation in all the key skills of volleyball — including passing, serving, setting, spiking, and defensive techniques.
Each week introduces new drills and game-play situations, allowing you to improve step by step while gaining confidence on the court.
Our coaches combine structured technical instruction with fun, interactive activities, making every session both engaging and enjoyable. By the end of the program, you’ll not only understand the fundamentals of volleyball but also experience the teamwork, energy, and excitement that make this sport so unique.
